Public Annual Notification Regarding Career and Technical Education
In accordance with USDE Guidelines IV-O, Title VI: 34 C.F.R. § 100.6 (d) this notice shall serve to advise students, parents, employees and the general public that all Career and Technical Education opportunities offered by ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø (CCC) will be available to all students regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age.
During the academic year, ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø shall offer the following Career and Technical Education opportunities made available online at ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø will take steps to assure the lack of English Language Skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in career and technical programs. ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø’s admission and criteria for selection in career and technical education programs do not restrict any race, color, sex, national minority origin or student with a disability from participation in the ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø career and technical programs.
